To get started with Evoto Instant, all you need is a compatible camera and a mobile device. The platform supports both wired and wireless tethered shooting methods with popular camera brands like Canon, Nikon, Sony, and Fujifilm. The mobile app connects directly to your camera, enabling seamless photo capture, AI culling, and immediate sharing to the cloud. You can also use the web portal for configuration and customization.

Photos can be shared with event attendees instantly as they are captured. Photographers can customize gallery sharing settings with multiple access options—including Open Access, Selfie Access, Face Match, and Passcode Control. In addition, Evoto Instant’s powerful face recognition and face-based sharing flow supports automatically finds, sorts, and groups photos by faces. Photos are then delivered conveniently via email, SMS, or direct links, while attendees can access their own images through personalized links or QR codes—ensuring a fast, streamlined, and private experience.

Yes, Evoto Instant is built to handle multiple events simultaneously. The cloud-based infrastructure allows you to manage different events, create separate workflows, and deliver customized experiences for each one, all within a single platform. Whether you're working on several weddings, corporate events, or commercial shoots, you can seamlessly switch between projects.

Currently, Evoto Instant and Evoto do not support direct account synchronization. If you wish to continue editing on Evoto, you need to download photos from the Instant and then import them into Evoto. If the photo has not gone through AI editing in Instant (e.g., original photo A), exporting and importing it into Evoto will not consume additional Instant credits. However, if the photo has already been AI-edited in Instant (e.g., photo A retouched into photo B), exporting and importing it into Evoto will consume Instant credits accordingly.

We are also considering introducing account synchronization in the future to further streamline cross-platform workflows.
